Concierge
The concierge is the person who always has the perfect solution.
Their speciality is quite simply to know everything about the
hotel and Fiji and most importantly ensure that you benefit from
their local knowledge. Their address book and memory will astound
you, from a walking track that has escaped the notice of local
tourist guides, to the best scuba diving or snorkelling spot off
the Nadi coast line.
Our concierge will also assist you with innumerable services
such as confirming a flight, sending a package or renting a hire
car to explore your surrounds.
Business centre & Internet access
Guest computers with internet access are located in the Business
Centre next to Reception on the Lobby Level. All photocopying,
scanning, colour printing and faxing is also available through
the Business Centre. Wireless hot spots are also located through
out the main public areas of the resort including the restaurants
and bars and the hotel lobby. Wired access is also available in
each guest room.
Retail Outlets and Shopping
The Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa features a small shopping
arcade on the Lobby level of the resort for your convenience
including resort wear, jewellery, local artwork and souvenirs.
The majority of Nadi's retail shops generally open from 8.30am
- 5.30pm daily, with some open until 9pm.
Library
One of Sofitel’s signature features is an in-house library.
At Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa guests can relax in the Breeze
Lounge Library located on the Lobby level. A wide range of books,
magazines, newspapers and board games are available to enjoy
while admiring the ocean view.
Car Rental & Parking
The Tour Desk, located near Reception in the main lobby, is
able to offer all types of car rentals to suit guest needs and
special requests. Guests are welcome to use the main resort car
park.
Currency Exchange Centre
Sofitel guests can change foreign currency (bills and travellers
cheques) to Fiji dollars at Reception, 24 hours a day. For all
other foreign currency requirements, guests can visit the Colonial
Bank on the Ground floor of the central resort building during
business hours.
