Fitness Centre
Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa provides a gym for guests located
on the ground floor of the central resort building. The gym is
available for guest use between 0600hrs and 2100hrs daily. Guests
can arrange for a personal instructor to assist them, otherwise a full range of
modern fitness equipment is available for casual visits.
Sofitel Fiji’s range of cardio vascular and strength training equipment includes treadmills, total body elliptical crosstrainers, upright bikes, a rowing ergometer and a several stack multi-station.
