excitement by first delivering mysterious themed gifts for guests. Then it’s time for a real adventure as Sofitel lures guests away for a surprise excursion to experience the
blues-inspired bayou festival. Enjoy the fragrant scents of bourbon and bush lemon, relax beneath the dimmed lights of tiki lamps, and soak up the sounds of a local jazz

Traditional Fijian Lovo
See the real Fiji on this night that explores Fijian history and culture. Sofitel’s Traditional Fijian lovo is a chance to get up close and personal with tribal warriors and watch
the ancient tradition. Guests will be able to participate in a ‘lovo’ where they can experience a traditional kava and welcome ceremony. Later, dinner will be served beneath
thatched bures, followed by a traditional Fijian lovo.

A Journey across Europe
Originating in Paris, Sofitel’s rich European heritage and refined pedigree has an opportunity to shine during this themed event which recreates the charms of the continent,
minus the long haul flight. Inspired by the delights of street side Cafes, Sofitel take guests on a journey across Europe to experience a world of wonderful flavour and
distinctive cuisine. In the style of a European market Sofitel creatively displays a variety of wine stalls for the chance to indulge in French, Portuguese and Italian wines.
Quality coffee carts will set pulses racing with a choice of smooth espressos through to traditional café latte, while beers and brews will of course come direct from Belgium
