Executive Chef Brendon Coffey
New Zealander Brendon Coffey brings a local love of Pacific delicacies to Sofitel Fiji’s kitchen. He was New Zealand Culinary Fare Chief Judge 2005 and 2006 and, in his international experience, catered for numerous Heads of State and Ministerial functions along with being invited to participate in the World Gourmet Summit 2000 in Singapore.

Having trained in some of the finest Hotels and resorts through out Asia, Europe and the Middle East, Ajay brings a world of contemporary flavors and creativity to Sofitel Fiji’s menus. Ajay has been recognized with numerous awards for his compelling passion for all things culinary.
