Salt Poolside Bar


Salt is the ultimate in alfresco entertaining with a water’s edge location making the most of the outdoors and Fiji’s tropical climate.

After working up an appetite from a refreshing swim in Sofitel’s Lagoon style pool, guests can choose from an extensive variety of International cuisine on offer poolside including spicy Indian delights from our authentic Tandoori oven.

Salt Restaurant, located between the swimming pool and the beach, is open daily from 11:00am for lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. Salt provides seating for up to 120 guests.
